Our greenhouse complex allows you to get the first harvest a few weeks earlier than when growing in the open ground. The greenhouse maintains an ideal microclimate at any time of the year.
Total area of the glass greenhouse complex of the 5th generation FRUTTA is 5.6 hectares which makes it possible to produce 900 tons of strawberries per year.
Due to the use of recirculation and conditioning of the greenhouse's internal air, there is practically no need for ventilation vents located on the roof. Number of windows is reduced by 90%, in comparison with the classic greenhouses. Increased illumination contributes to an increase in productivity. The risk of pest penetration is also significantly reduced.
The greenhouse is constantly under a slight overpressure, and all technological openings and ventilation windows are equipped with mosquito nets, which also prevents the penetration of pests.
The heating system with distributed air flows through air hoses provides precision climate control.
CO2 concentration is uniform throughout the greenhouse, temperature deviations in both horizontal and vertical planes are 1-2 Co, which is a serious technological achievement. There is no air stagnation in the room which prevents the development of diseases, thanks to the tubular sheetings located under each bed.
